How booking, paying, the app and our texts work. Plain and short.

Stoik Body Company is a massage and personal training studio at 3818 100th St, Urbandale, Iowa 50322. These terms cover this website, our app, Orthos by Stoikbody, and the texts we send. Using any of them means you agree to these terms.
You book a session through the studio, through our app or through our Square booking page. Cancel 48 hours out and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours there is a fee, and inside 24 hours it is the full session. A card kept on file may be charged for a late cancellation or a missed session.
Payments run through Square. Prices are the ones shown when you book. Session packs and rewards follow the rules shown in the app when you buy or earn them.
The app gives you your bookings, your paperwork, your exercise plan and your training. Exercise plans built by the app come from what you tell us and are not medical advice. Stop and talk to a professional if anything hurts. Your signed waiver covers the rest.
When you give Stoik Body Company your phone number and agree to texts, on our event sign in form, in the app or in writing, we may text you about your sessions, our events and the odd offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Reply HELP for help, or call the studio at 515 468 7383. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
