Fusing movement coaching with clinical tissue restoration.

Sammi founded Stoik Body Company to merge evidence-based movement coaching with athletic bodywork.

With over 10 years of personal coaching experience, Sammi understands how structural imbalances affect movement quality. As an active competitor in powerlifting and distance running, she has lived through the limits of heavy training load and the critical necessity of earned recovery. She is done with generic "feel good" rub-downs — every session is an anatomical project targeting the mechanical source of restriction.

She analyzes your gait pattern, measures foot articulation, and evaluates joint play to build a sustainable treatment pathway. Whether you're lifting weights, running trails, or managing the physical stress of daily posture loads, her work is designed to help you move under pressure without breakdown.

Foot & Gait Mechanics

Movement begins where your body meets the floor. Sammi evaluates how your arches collapse, how your big toe moves, and how forces are transferred up your leg to correct knee and hip compensations before they cause chronic inflammation.

Pelvic & Sacral Alignment

Postural shifts and one-sided sports cause the pelvis to rotate. Sammi uses a combination of targeted muscular compression and positional drills to release deep hip rotators, bringing the sacrum back to center.

Strength Periodization
