We break past simple surface relaxation. By applying structural compression, trigger point release, and myofascial cupping, we release mechanical adhesions in the deep muscle layers and restore natural sliding movement between tissues.
Muscle tissue is surrounded by a complex web of connective tissue called fascia. When subjected to repetitive strain, poor posture, or intense workouts, these fascial layers dehydrate, thicken, and adhere to one another.
This "gluing" effect limits your range of motion, creates localized trigger points, and forces surrounding joints to compensate. Our Deep Tissue Therapy does not simply glide over these restrictions. We apply slow, focused perpendicular pressure and shear force to mechanically slide the fascial layers apart, drawing fresh blood flow and restoring tissue elasticity.
We map structural restrictions across the body's primary holding zones to target the root mechanical cause of pain.
Locked Neck & Shoulders
Tension headaches, rounded neck posture, and localized referral pain along the shoulder blades.
Upper Back & Rotator Cuff
Scapular binding, restricted overhead reaching, and chronic mid-back burning sensations.
Lower Back, Glutes & Rotators
Deep lower back tightness, hip pinches, and sciatic-like radiating nerve sensations.
Hip, Thigh & Calf Adhesions
Knee tracking discomfort, limited hamstring flexibility, and calf stiffness or Achilles tension.
How we systematically downregulate pain, release adhesions, and restore tissue mobility in a single session.
We begin by preparing the outer tissue layers. Using broad, rhythmic compression, we check for temperature changes, fiber density, and resistance. This shifts your nervous system into a relaxed state, preventing defensive muscle bracing during deeper pressure.
Once superficial layers are compliant, we apply slow, focused perpendicular pressure using elbows and forearms. This targets the deep muscular tissue and myofascial layers, melting chronic holding patterns and trigger points without forcing tissue trauma.
For localized, hyper-irritable muscular nodes ("knots"), we apply direct, sustained pressure. This interrupts the pain-spasm cycle, draws oxygenated blood flow directly to the restricted fibers, and resets the muscle's resting length.
We finish by applying clinical negative-pressure cups to lift skin, fascia, and muscle tissue. While compression pushes toxins and fluids out, cupping pulls fresh blood and nutrients in, immediately expanding interstitial space and range of motion.
Select your session duration. Every appointment is customized to your specific structural patterns.

55M Deep TissueIncludes cupping if requested or needed. Provides targeted muscle relief through firm, slow pressure. Ideal for addressing 1-2 specific focus areas of high tension (e.g., neck and shoulders, or hips and lower back). |
55 min | $115.00 | Book |
85M Deep TissueIncludes cupping if requested or needed. The 85-minute session allows extra time to trace kinetic chain connections (e.g., treating hamstrings and glutes to resolve lower back pain) and address multiple areas of concern. |
1 hr 25 min | $137.00 | Book |
115M Deep TissueOur most comprehensive deep tissue session. Allows for broad, full-body coverage at an optimal, slow pace. Essential for multi-layered mechanical restrictions and full postural assessment/resolution. |
