How do I book?

How do I know which service to start with?

If you feel beat up, tight, or restricted, start with Deep Tissue or Sports Massage. If you are ready for structured training, start with Personal Training & Coaching.

Can I book if I am not an athlete?

Yes. Stoik is for athletes, lifters, parents, hard-working adults, and anyone carrying tension, stress, pain, or movement limitations.

What should I do before my appointment?

Show up hydrated, on time, and ready to describe what your body has been dealing with. The more honest your context, the better the work can be.

What is the difference between Deep Tissue and Sports Massage?

Deep Tissue is more focused on deeper restriction, chronic tightness, and stress-loaded patterns. Sports Massage is built around active recovery, maintenance, and keeping you moving between training sessions.

Is deep tissue supposed to hurt?

No. The goal is not pain. It is precision. The work can be intense, but it should always be controlled and useful, not just aggressive for the sake of feeling “deep.”

Can recovery work and coaching be combined?

Absolutely. That is one of the strengths of Stoik. Recovery work makes training more productive, and coaching helps you hold onto the gains from the table.

Will one session fix everything?

Usually not. One session can create meaningful change, but long-term results come from doing the right work consistently and letting recovery be part of the bigger system.
